ORDERING INFORMATION

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express 

Please note that credit cards are pre-authorized during the ordering process and then settled when your order ships. 

E-mail notifications will be sent upon receipt of your order, followed by another when your order has shipped. Your shipping receipt will include tracking number(s).  

MINIMUM ORDER

PRICING

All prices are shown in US Dollars.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Texas.  

SITE SECURITY

We employ a secure technology that safely encrypts all private information when placing an order.  

SPLIT SHIPPING

We cannot split an order to separate shipping addresses. A separate order is required for each shipping address.

OOPS, I MADE A MISTAKE

We process orders the same day. Once you click to complete your order, we are unable to make any changes. If you have questions, please contact us at sales@figdg.com

RETURNS

If you'd like a refund, we will gladly do so.  Please ship the item, at your expense, in its original packaging, along with a copy of your packing slip to:

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within two weeks of its receipt.

PRIVACY

Fig Design Group will not sell your e-mail address. We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment for orders you have placed with Fig Design Group.

SHIPPING INFO

USA, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, GUAM AND VIRGIN ISLANDS

Orders received by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours from our Texas warehouse. Orders received over the weekend will ship the following Monday, unless it's a holiday. 

OVERSEAS AND OUT OF THE COUNTRY

Due to lengthy delivery times, inability to track packages, and inconsistent duty and tax laws, we can no longer ship overseas. If you would like to send one of our items overseas, please ship to yourself and then arrange for shipping out of the country.

CLARIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

What's a "day?" Fig Design Group is closed on weekends and legal holidays. The Postal Service is closed on their published schedules. So, when we or they are closed, that's not a "day."  24 hour turn-around sometimes means 4 days. If you have a concern about expedited shipping, with a fee, please contact Customer Service at sales@figdg.com
